The land in Banská Bystrica was acquired by 365.invest in January 2020. It is part of the KLM fund's FKI portfolio. The project is at the development phase, the developer is KLM real estate. On a 7,300 sqm area in Banská Bystrica, a one-storey retail park will be created with retail space for ten brands, along with an accompanying car wash.
